Easy Chicken & Rice Stir Fry
Ingredients
3 x Chicken Breast (diced)
1 x Bag of frozen asian vege mix
2 x Teriyaki sauce (GF)
3 x Cups rice
Method
Cut chicken and marinate in one of the teriyaki sauce packets. Leave for 1hr (desireable but not a must if pressed for time).
Cook chicken in frying pan until lightly browned.
Add frozen vege mix and the remaining sauce packet.
Add 1/2 cup of water and let vege cook out and sauce thicken.
Cook rice as per packet instructions.
Check the chicken is cooked!
Serve stir fry mix ontop of steamed rice and enjoy!
